After the loss of your loved one, you might look for a way to channel your grief and to support others on a similar journey. Find ways to continue being an advocate for the brain tumor community in memory of your loved one.
Support Advocacy Organizations
There are many organizations across the country dedicated to supporting the brain tumor community. Brains for the Cure would not exist without those who support Head for the Cure.
Advocate for Better Treatment
Brain cancer research is underfunded and is therefore lacking in research. Writing to your local, state, and national legislators can help change this.
Become an Ambassador
Ambassadors are available to provide support and advice for others experiencing a similar journey. We'd be happy to hear from you if you'd like to help other caregivers as they navigate their loved one's diagnosis.
Share Your Story
Caregivers may find hearing the stories of other caregivers incredibly helpful as they go through their own journey with brain cancer. Click the icon above to share your story with us!
Help Build Awareness
More awareness is needed to support the brain tumor community and research efforts. Few states in the U.S. recognize Brain Tumor Awareness Month during the month of May.
